Maytag washer makes aweful noise

Couldn't tell from the video, but is this a whirlpool built unit? If so that sure sounds like a motor coupler.

Model number is MAV8551AWW. Yes the noise is constant the whole time the machine is running. Also makes a loud screech when It stops. Maytag about 7 years old.

I suspect the pump. On these models there is a shiny corrugated shim that comes out of the pump pulley and rubs on the bottom of the pump.

Just wanted to give you an update. When I got the pump off I found a paper clip in it. Put it back on and it runs great. Thanks for your help.
