Samsung refrigertor model rs230bbp

I have a samsung refrigerator model rs2530bbp. Freezer was icin up so I replaced the main board now the compressor or fan wont come on and all I get is one small green light flashin on panel by ice and water dispenser. Compressor gettin really hot but not runnin. Please help.

Was it a new board you installed?
What was the part number on the board?

Yes board was new.

Will the compressor run ok if you put the old board back in?

DOES THE NEW BOARD PART NUMBER MATCH YOUR OLD BOARD NUMBER. DID YOU GET THE BOARD BY MODEL NUMBER OR BOM NUMBER ?

New board matches the old board. No the old board doesn't work either. All im gettin is the one green flashing light on front panel.  Compressor or fan wont kick on.

Maybe the sensor is open. Not giving input to the board. NEED INPUT!!!!

Thank you bfor all that helped.  The reset worked.  I plugged it back in and Held the top left and top right button on front to reset.  As soon as i did that the compressor and fan kicked on and started cooling.  Again thank you.
