Good morning,
I have a Samsung refrigerator model RS44QCIS and I have a problem with the fridge cooling ... The freezer is working properly but the refrigerator temperature is 24 degrees .. anyone knows the secret sequence of buttons on the LCD display to reset the refrigerator and do other operations ? Holding down two keys for a few seconds appear several written FF type Fd etc. .. I do not understand what they mean. Do you have a manual in this regard?

I could not find a service manual for this model.

Did you get it working or are you still looking for some help?

Did you look around the refrigerator to see if a tech sheet was with it?
