freezer is good -zero- evap fan ok, evap coil defrosts ok, condenser clean, condenser fan ok. cold controls light  up & are adjustable 1-7. I suspect one of the thermistors, do all thermistors have the same resistance value at a given temp? (for instance, 16.3 k Ohms @32 degr.-6.2 kOhms @68 degr.? I am not sure if this model has a draft damper, it doesn't show up on the parts schematic, but there is something in the air duct w/ 4 wires going to it. when i take the duct assembly out, i can feel the cold airflow from the freezer, but w/ the duct assembly in, no flow.
is there any other possible causes?

I think on this model all the thermistors have different values.

Sounds like you are on the right track.

I could not find any service information on this model. Maybe another member can come up with something for us.

Did you happen to find a tech sheet left with the refrigerator?
