WTW6600SB2 F1 error

Saw this in a customers house while servicing their TV. I agreed to look at the washer and get back to him. From what I read on Whirlpools service matters page to check a pressure hose and air dome first then go to the control pcb.
What I wanted to know which of these is most likely to be the cause so I can be prepared for an estimate. The control pcb is pretty expensive so it would be nice if it was not the likely cause of the problem.

Check the pressure switch hose first. If it isn't blocked, cut or is loose at the control, replace the control W10189966.
