Removing door on a built in oven

I have a Whirlpool oven model number RBS305PRS00 that is built into the cabinet. I need to remove the door so I can replace the glass. The owners manual says to move the latches back and then as you are closing the door to pull up. Well, I cannot unlock any latch. They make it look like you can just pop back the latch, not true. What do I need to do? Thank you.

Could you take a close up photo of the door hinge and post it for us to look at?

Thank you for the quick reply. I am done, the oven is repaired. It was funny because I went over to the oven and told my wife this latch is suppose to pop-up and as I was showing her, the latch popped up. I was making it harder than what it was. Again thank. Great site.
