LG Dishwasher was quiet, but now running loudly, but still washing

Yesterday my 6 yr. old LG Dishwasher, Model#LDF6810ST, started making a loud humming noise during the wash cycle and again today when I ran it for the 2nd time.  It continues to wash and dry effectively, but during the wash cycle it makes an alarming loud noise for a quiet dishwasher.

I was never able to fix the start up issue that I had for the last year, but I have been able to always start it if I flick the circuit breaker switch first.  The breaker is never tripped, but I just have to flip it once, wait 10 seconds and then flip it back.  The the dw power light is back on and I can set it to the cycle desired and it is good to go.  Now the same thing is still true, but it has this loud hum.

Any suggestions?  Please respond.

Wash motor is more than likely showing some wear at that age... Replace the SUMP ASSEMBLY. :D

Yes---replace the original SUMP ASSY (6871DD1002B) with the new/improved SUMP ASSY (AJH31248604).

Inspect the WIRE HARNESS inside the door.

Repair any damaged low-voltage/thin wires.

Wrap the entire Wire Harness with electrical tape---then add a small section of cardboard between the Wire Harness and the black insulation material.
