frgidaire side by side problems

had to pull out water line in door because it froze. thawed out and reinstalled. now i cant get the water to work and the ice dipenser keeps running. had to unplug ribbon cable to get it to stop. i dont know if i have a bad board and if i do which one. model num. is PLHS69EESS2

On the frozen line you may need to adjust the freezer temp a bit to stop it from clogging the line with ice again. Possibly you have air trapped in the system? Have you checked the water dispense side of the of the inlet valve?  Always always use the water dispenser daily to keep things moving. Not sure about the ice maker sorry...
