How did that motor wiring go?

Figured with the help of Tech's that come through here we could get up some photos of motors wired up correct. It would take only a second to click a pic and share it like this:

Figured  out the wiring blue and white wire goes together
I should had taken pic  but  was rush to move on .
I will  remember next time
