i got a washer with a pepple or something in between the 2 tubes,i dont know how to remove it,so im looking for the service maaanuel

Thin blade screw driver will help pop the top of washer. There inside taped to the front inside you will find a tech manual/ sheet. You have have a coin in the drain pump. There are 2 pumps. Drain pump isat the right rear.
