I'm liking the 95% prediction. As for an even more recent update, I did follow the instructions this morning on the Tech Sheet to first check for power. Check. Removed belt (which was in great shape), and set the timer to the Regular Wash cycle and pulled the knob out. Motor does not rotate. Says to check for a poor connection in the timer line switch or door lock switch (notes if good and motor does not run, go to step 3 which is measure voltages between pins 5 and 6 on the harness).
I really appreciate the feedback. I love fixing things myself as it presents a challenge and at least I can learn something new. I do the same in fixing things on my son's Jeep. My wife hates it and always wants me to seek a professional (in both sense of the term I bet).
