Now that I think back, I had washer connected to temporary
hookup while I was analyzing symptoms.

These two LED's began lighting up at approximate 20% of
normal intensity, after I had run several cycles that failed to complete.
This was before I changed out circuit board.
The low lamp condition, continued after replacing the board, but washer
did operate perfectly.

I will open unit and reconnect plugs.
Thanks again for your advise.

I would also check to make sure the dishwasher has a good ground wire connected to it and that the polarity is correct.
