Maytag Dishwasher will not drain

Started about two weeks ago - Motor would not run any cycle. Self diagnostic: "too much current". Replaced the motor and pump assembly - motor now runs in wash mode but no drain. The motor would "buzz" then trip during the drain cycle. Sent that motor back and got another motor. This one came with a start relay which does not exist on this machine. Anyway, I put this motor in and got the same result - wash no drain. The numbers on the new motor match the original motor. I bought a new controller board - same - wash no drain. I checked the drain hose for plugs, the check valve "flapper" and just about any other thing I could think of. No Luck. Any suggestions?

Did you recently replace the garbage disposal?
If so did you knock out the drain plug for the dish washer?

No garbage disposal.

On this model, we had issues with wires being pinched at the inside of the door panels. If you remove the inner door panel, inspect the wiring carefully where it goes thru a flange to the lower compartment.
