Need a Tech Sheet!

I am attempting to work on a Kenmore double oven 911.4842996. It's displaying a error code F3. I know it's the code for the upper oven sensor, but this sensor doesn't pull through and disconnect. I have the Whirlpool manual KR-30, but this model predates this manual. It might be first generation of this oven. This model electronic control board does not have a thermal fuse. So it is old! Anybody have a whirlpool/roper tech sheet?

911 in the model number should be GE built. I don't have a manual sorry, but I know that will have some years on it. At least 10 years old.
