Fridge and freezer both cool not cold

first off thanks so much for the outstanding help and quick response. Im defrosting now. Im going to just replace the units you recommended. Again thanks alot you saved me a bundle was going to just head to Home Depot and buy a new fridge. Your ever in Western Pennsylvania you earned yourself a few beers lol thanks
