dishwasher spray arm hose leaking

I have a GE dishwasher model GSD3400G00WW. It started pouring water out last night. When we pulled the dishwasher out from under the counter we saw that the hose that goes into the middle on the top was completely disconnected. 

Looking at the diagram it looks like either WD24X214 or WD28X10103. 

I think maybe somehow this part broke at the point where it connects to the dishwasher. Do you think I'd need to buy both parts, and is this an easy fix for an inexperienced do-it-yourselfer?  Not sure how to go about this fix.  Thank you!!!

This is an easy fix.Should be able to replace just the hose.
