Oven burner takes a while for it to ignite

The igniter glows red and looks like it gets hot enough. After about a minute, if you shut the oven door kind of hard the burner comes on. Is it the igniter or is it the safety vale that is sticking and opening when the door is shut?

Igniter is most common problem,haven't changed a valve in years.

It's always the ignitor. Your model uses ignitor part # 5303935066
