I am on my third touch panel/circuit board for this particular oven. The first had many functions and numbers not working when we bought our home a year and a half ago. I had it replaced by a repairman with a brand new one. That failed within a couple of days. They replaced it again for free, and now that one has two numbers (1, 6) that are not working. I have contacted the repairman, but he is now retired and his voicemail asked that I send an email. I doubt after the time that has lapsed that the part is still guaranteed, and I am feeling like this oven is a lemon, and I am stuck limping along making costly repairs. What recourse does one have with the manufacturer after something is proven repeatedly to be substandard?
