KitchenAid ice maker gets stuck

I have a KitchenAid side by side fridge (KSCK25FVMS00) and a few times a month, the ice cube in the far right of the tray gets stuck. It comes out like 1/2 way. I have to use a hair dryer to melt it to get it out (I tried prying it, but was afraid of busting the plastic).  Is there anything I can do/adjust to help this situation?   It is annoying.

Fridge is about 2 years old.

Hi,

Remove the ice maker and inspect the coating inside the mold. You will probably need to replace the ice maker, part # 2198597

Mine gets to sticking like that and I hit it with a hair dryer. We have hard water here. It depends on how often it occurs with me. If it starts doing that frequently I change the water filter.

Is the cube that gets stuck smaller than normal?
