Whilpool gold Ice maker

Hello, I have a whilpool gold fridge Model#gi5svaxvl00,y icemake has stopped droping ice their is ice in the maker itself, the arm is down. I cant figure out how to remove the maker to thaw it out,wife dosent use a hairdryer. Any help would be great.

 Pull the drawer all the way out.  About 3/4 of the way back of the rails on each side is a plastic locking tab.  Push the tabs in and pull the drawer the rest of the way out. Remove the side drawer supports to remove the top basket. Then you will have all the room you need to remove the icemaker.  It sounds it needs the motor module, 8201515, or replace the whole icemaker,  W10190981.
