FRS26R4A Refrigerator No Compressor or Condessor fan

I have a FRS26R4A Frididare Refrigerator No Compressor or Condessor fanand the evaporator fan runs the defroast board has no burnt resistors and look good. No clicking from relays. Any ideas?

Looking at the wiring diagram (copy attached) the compressor and condenser fan motor get power from the adaptive defrost board.

Would not hurt to check the neutral wire that goes to the compressor and condenser fan motor to make sure you have a good neutral.

If the evaporator fan motor runs the adaptive defrost board is getting power. So if you find the neutral to the compressor and condenser fan motor are ok yet they are not getting any voltage I would assume the board is bad.

What is the full model number?

Now I am confused I have good grounds and voltage to E5

E3 or E5?  Check for a voltage drop between E3 and E8.  If you get 120 vac, the ADC is bad.

I checked E3, (sorry typo)so your saying that if the voltage is 120v at both E3 and E8 than the board is bad?
Which terminal should have lower voltage?

No, put one lead of your meter on E3 and the other lead on E8. If you get 120vac, you know your ADC has an open circuit and is bad.

I have 0 volts between E# and E8.

So, the ADC is good.  Using a ground or neutral as a reference, check the red wire at E3 from the ADC to the compressor for power.  Check both plugs for burnt connectors.  Hope it's not a broken wire in the cabinet.  That would be rare but I have seen it.  In that case, you'd have to get really creative or trash the fridge.

This fridge went out while we were on vacation is it possible that the condenser fan went out then the relay burnt out from the compresser overheater a number of times?

I thought you checked for voltage at the compressor.  If you have 120vac at the condensor fan and compressor, replace the fan motor and compressor relay overload assembly.

I have no power at the condensor fan but wasn't able to probe the compressor wire. (I have a trache and can't start on the ground very long) and I will try this weekend.  I really appreciate all
your help!

I replaced the condenson fan and the start relay both now run cools to 50 degrees after a couple of hours but by morning quits cooling. It will repeat after unpluging and letting set for a while.
