Maytag Neptune mah4000 fills then stops

Sorry but I'm don't know what to check on the motor control board.
I know how to measure resistance with my multimeter, but what should I be checking, and what readings should I be getting for each of those checks

I tested the motor resistance across orange/yellow wires, white/red wires, and blue/black wires. All three showed between 2.1 and 2.3 ohms. The service manual says they should all be between 2 and 3 ohms so that test was passed. I also checked that each one of those wires has no continuity with the motor frame. There was no continuity.

In you last reply, you asked to "ohm out" the motor control board. Can you tell me how this is done and what I should be looking for. Thanks.
