We will be using this book in addition to the service manual cd for our training program.

Sincerely,
 Missy

Hi Missy,

Not sure if you seen my reply to your other post, but I was wondering if you could tell us more about your training program.
Is it a program to train technicians within your own company or some kind of school?

Thanks for posting.
Hope you find our website helpful.

I ordered and received the book and the pliers. Had a chance to use the pliers in a tight situation today. It made a tough job very easy. Also ordered the manual cd for 74.95  and it has a lot of info, the only bummer is two days later it was on sale for 34.95. That was a pisser. That's my luck. O0
