I've been on it for about a week. Still trying to figure it out somewhat. It has caused some overtime this week, just in additional steps to take and the computer locks up and has to be rebooted at least four times a day. Takes alot longer to inquire parts and credit cards. I have not tried getting a part from another tech yet, but the few techs I've talked to that have tried it say it's a pain. I think the idea is great in theory, but like most things with this company they go around the block to get across the street, and jump over dollars to save a dime.
