Avg of what? For what time period?
My questions was, if there's any known figures for the percentage of overall residential consumption that a fridge should take?
So the answer, for that question, should be in percents... such as in my case 10% of our home consumption is taken up by our fridge.
Anyways, other relevant data would be nice - as long as you explain what it means and ideally cite the source for the data.

California average is 15 cents per kwh
