SAMSUNG RF263AWEP/XAA manual defrost and service manual

My one year old Samsung french door RF263AWEP/XAA refrigerator started getting the refrigerator condenser ice build up (and resulting fan noise) that seems to a common problem.  The unit was defrosted and a new defrost sensor was replaced under warranty but I was told that the problem will likely come back.  The tech said the new parts do not seem to be much improved based on his service calls.

I would like to know how to start the manual defrost mode and get the service manual so I can troubleshoot the next time it goes out.

I looked for a service manual but could not locate one. Maybe another tech will be able to find one for us.
