I was at a customer's house and found their washer sitting on a piece of rubber flooring. I asked the customer how well did it work. The customer says that the vibration was rattling throughout their 100 year old house and it was pretty loud. When they put this on, it reduced the noise by 90%. I was testing the washer and did a test spin with one large towel inside the drum to see what it was like. Without the rubber flooring, the vibration really amplified through the floor but the machine was stable. Put the rubber flooring back and it was very quiet. It was way better than those "noise vibration" foot pads. Thought I'd share that with all of you.
