Frigidaire Washer will not engage in full spin.

Hello everybody. I have a Frigidaire front load washer (model gltf2940fs2) that will not spin faster than roughly 30 rpm. Regardless of whether I run it with nothing in the washer, a medium load, or a full load it will not do a high speed spin during the drain cycle. I've already cleaned out the pump filter (which was packed full) and it now drains like it was brand new.
I'm just looking for some ideas on what could be causing this issue. Thanks in advance and have a great day.

Check connections at the motor control board to ensure they are fully engaged. Be sure to unplug the unit first

I've seen the door lock cause that problem.

I'd checked the motor control connections. They all seem to be secure.
And I'll have to take a look at the lock assembly and see if that will take care of the problem.

door lock, door lock   evan if it spins which prob. will in test mod. replace the door lock.
