Maytag Neptune Washer - LR on display and no spin

Complaint: Display on the washer shows LR and the washer will not spin.

I removed the front of the washer and took a look at the clear glass fuse on the motor control board.
The fuse was bad. A bad fuse on the motor control board is a sure sign that this neptune washer needed to have the motor control board replaced.


Solution: Installed the new maytag neptune motor conversion kit, Part # AP4010145. This kit includes a new main drive motor and a new motor control board.
