Frigidaire GLDB653AS1 Thermo switches diagnosis

I have a Frigidaire Dishwasher model number GLDB653AS1, and I have found in the repair manual on this site the reference material for normally open, normally closed etc.  But how do you test and figure out which switch is failing?  I can't run the machine and have access to the switches at the same time.  Since everything is in parallel, it is pointless to test just the circuit.  I need help!  Thanks.

Never mind.  Re-read the manual and it makes more sense.  Plus the parts are cheap, so I guess just replace both.
