Viking Range broiler not working

I have a VGIC485-6QSS range. The broiler wasn't working most of the time, so I replaced the ignitor. It still doesn't work most of the time.  Sometimes it will light, but then go out.   Since it does seem to light sometimes, not sure what else to check.
