Kenmore Dryer 1106496630 therm-cut off

I have a kenmore dryer 1106496630 and it keeps blowing the therm cut off I have replaced it 3 times the hi limit and the element yet it keeps blowing any ideas?

Thermal fuses open when they sense heat build up. Usually happens when the dryer is not moving air. I always take a flashlight and look behind the dryer before I move it to check the vent between the dryer and the wall. The flexible vent is easy to pinch when the dryer is pushed back. Also the lint filter only traps part of the lint and so a good portion of it goes into the vent along with the air. Dryer vents that have any length or rise or multiple bends need to be cleaned out once in a while.

I checked it is about 3 feet from inside to outside. no clog in vent

I used to see these fuses at my appliance parts store. Sometimes the same guy would buy 3 or 4. I ask if he removed the filter housing and cleaned out the lint. Finally after cleaning that out it stopped blowing the fuses. I made a home movie that shows a real messy filter chute:

When you have had it on for a while does the top get hot or warmer than usual? One way to compare is run it with the vent hooked up, then with it pulled out a little bit and the vent unhooked.
