Replacing broken water actuator

Hi, I was wondering if anyone would be able to tell me how to install a new water actuator.  I have already printed out the diagram for the ice/water dispenser, but I don't think my husband will be happy with that alone as a "How To..." on disassembling and replacing.

Would anyone be able to go into a little more detail.  I found a thread on here where someone started to say how to do it... but they only got as far as removing the screws behind the drip tray.

Please help!
