GE Front Load Washer issue WHDVH626FWW

Hello everybody.
I've got a GE front loader (model WHDVH626FWW) that seems to have some gremlins in it. It won't always spin out and it will reset the cycle time as well. I ran it through a cycle with no clothes in it and it functioned fine. Then I tried one with a blanket and it didn't spin out. I cleaned out the drain filter (which was plugged) and tried it again to be sure that it just wouldn't spin because it was too heavy.
After I cleaned that filter, I started another cycle and it got down to 1 minute and reset back to 15 minutes.

I was thinking that maybe the control board is going bad, but I'm not really sure. Anybody have any ideas? Thanks in advance and take care.

That's the problem.  If the washer can't balance the load, it won't spin dry.

What about the resetting of the cycle? I can understand it not spinning out and just ending the cycle. But it will continuously reset the cycle and keep trying to run. That's the part I don't understand.
