I realize this is an older thread: I haven't been around for a while, and the title interested me. I like it when it's a bit-O-my advise that helps a customer fix his appliance. But I have an alterior motive for posting on forums like this one: I do it to sharpen my own troubleshooting skills.
If I can correctly diagnose a problem, based on someone's long distance description of the symptom(s), I know I can do a superior job inside the home, personally in fromt of the offending machine!

better late than never, I chime in from time to time but luckily business is booming and finding good it is hard...well almost impossible. But whenever I do look here it's always great information! Great Site Great Posts! O0 O0
