Samsung RFG297AARS/XAA Ice Maker problem

Having problems with icemaker.  I replaced the icemaker itself and still have the same problem.    If I press the reset button for 10 seconds, it will drop the batch of ice but it will not do it again without another reset.  It will also a make chime shortly after the the ice drops when I do the reset.

I'm thinking the problem is not with the icemaker itself, but with the control board or something else.  Not sure where/how to begin troubleshooting ?

Does anyone have a repair manual for this model ?

You will probably have to replace the board.

Thanks for posting that.  I see that  it refers to an error code.  Do you know the button combination to run diagnostics to generate error code ?  I wouldn't mind trying to run tests with meter, but I will need service manual to even figure out how to get at the circuit board.  Even if the board needs to be replaced the manual would be helpful.  Would you mind posting or PMing the whole service manual?

I try and make the service manuals on our site easy to find.
By using the basic search box in the top right hand corner of our site I was able to search the "Entire forum" for "service manual RFG297" and find it.
