Service Manual For Whirlpool Electric Oven Model #WFE381LVS

I need the service manual for a Whirlpool electric oven model # WFE381LVS. I have a customer who has a Whirlpool electric stove model # WFE381LVS with ceramic cooktop. The surface burners work but the oven doesn't. The Bake and Broil does not come on. Elements tested ok and the touchpad seems to work because it will let me change temp settings and it will display what temperature I punch in but oven does not come on at all. The light works and the Convection fan will come on but no heating at all.

If there is 220v to the range then it will need the oven control board

That is my feeling also but I wanted to see if a service manual for this model is available.

I've attached the tech sheet.  There is a thermal fuse but it's only in series with the broil element.  Most likely it's the DLB relay on the control board.  Check for a voltage across the relay while running.
