Have an update on this washer. The tech book on this unit is on inside front. It really tells you everything, but you have to read it a couple times to understand. I assumed it had a bad control board  I could not get it to read correct control board supply(13vdc), and only lid lock and sensing light were on. Also led on rear of control. Unit would not go into diagnostic mode, manually or automatically. So removed control board wiring, look at board and reinstalled. At that point unit would go into diagnostic mode. Long story short. Faulty drive motor. With that said if you have an issue where the washers dead in the water, check to see if basket turns freely. Since I removed board I may have to recalibrate machine. O0

I had one at a customers doing the same thing - nothing.   Went through checking all of the wires it told to do on the tech sheet.   Bottom line,   the actuator was bad.    It takes 3 minutes to install a new one.    What I figured out was that if actuator motor goes bad and is out of position,   it will do nothing.
I now carry 2 actuators on my truck.   If I encounter same problem,  its easier to just change actuator then to be checking all of those wires from control to motor and actuator.    I also carry a lid lock, strike, control (there are a couple different ones for these machines), and several of the electronic pressure / temp switches.     With lid lock and strike,  you can just plug new one into control to see if that is the problem.     Not carrying a motor yet,  haven't had one go bad.
