Samsung Quick Sensor P801 stops rotating

My Samsung front load washer P801 stops rotating without any error code.
Some day it made a long string sound and seemed to be hard to continue rotating. And after a few minutes, it stopped.
Now, when I try to make it spin, everything works except the motor. It just doesn't rotate. Even the dump motor works.
What is the problem it may have?
