This washer has got me stumped .Tries to spin,thencomes to a sudden stop .Looks like its only ramped up to about 75 rpm .Pump shuts off ,washer makes a funny sound like what you would get if you hit the tub with a ball pien hammer,pump comes on ramps up to 75 rpm,comes to a sudden stop...does this forever and time doesn't count down .Check all wiring etc as per tech sheet,checked direct drive motor ..checks fine .ran qick cycle diagnostics ,washes ,drains but no spin .Any ideas? Tub spins freely by hand and bearing seems fine.

Was you able to pull up any fault codes?

It had a fault code but it was related to the door lock . Washer locks and unlocks properly so its not related to my issue .I phoned the tech line and basically was told good luck ,they had no clue .My customer said they had another tech show up and he bailed .this is a tough one .
