Jenn-Air convection fan does not work

The convection fan inside the oven is not spinning. The other exhausting fans are running. The face control touch pad has the graphic lit for the oven, but not the fan for the convection. Is this a control pad issue or a fan motor issue?

i know this post is a little old but saw you brought it back AJ.  i know on the newer gas  convection models the fan is delayed for 5min on starting of burner not sure when light engages would think when fan kicks in. just a thought, hope helps someone someday.
