Recognize any parts?

My oldest daughter had a project for school that involved a homemade balloon powered vehicle that could travel 5 meters. Does anyone recognize the spare parts I had laying around?  :2funny:

You got that one.  :rofl: But I Gorilla glued a Neptune belt to it for traction. Lmao!

if it's not a "driven" wheel,
traction may actually slow it down ...
and cause friction, and may not travel as far ...

The rear wheels look like they might go on a new style GE washer support rod. The larger green wheels look like the base of them same rods.

Right again! I put thr belt on the wheel to keep it straight. I didnt want one of the balloons steering it one way or the other. No traction is needed cause the balloons do the pushing. Good point though.
