LG dishwasher LDF6920 rattle type noise

Anyone have a service manual for this model (LDF6920)? I'd like to be able to put it in known modes to determine when the noise is occuring if possible. The thing was making a rattle noise while draining, took the drain pump off and removed a piece of rubber (apparently a "foot" from a cutting board) from the drain pump which eliminated the rattle during drain but now it is making the same type of noise during wash. I guess the next step will be to disassemble the sump and check for more debris. I'd like to have a service manual though before I head back out again to work on this thing. The owner said 3 of the four "feet" on her cutting board were missing so I assume there are more of them floating around in the dishwasher somewhere. Not thrilled with the design of this thing, you essentially can't get to anything (like the drain pump motor) through the front bottom panel (not enough room) and have to take the dishwasher out of the cabinetry and remove its bottom panel to access anything. I liked the designs that had enough room under them you could get to a lot of parts through the front bottom so you didn't have to take the whole dishwasher out of the hole. Thankfully this one had enough water line, drain hose and electrical cable that nothing had to be disconnected to get it out of the hole far enough to work on it. That isn't always the case however.

Sounds like you answered your own question. There are some missing pieces and we know where they are. You just need to find them. Good luck. You should a tech sheet on unit somewhere.
