The filter is new an has always been changed once a month every month when the light bill comes never been left dirty

What about the ducting from unit to house is it tight and secure?

Yes that was the second thing we checked after checking the fans :-\ to make sure it was hooked up to the unit an the inside of the house

Also there is only a small amount of duck work because the home has vents in the ceiling not the floor
