GE PDW8680N00SS Profile, won't run, no water?

Dishwasher is 5 years old. I can not get the dishwasher to run at all. It sounds like it is, but, no water entering the cleaning chamber.
What next? Is it the main pump?

If no water is entering the tub, check the water shutoff valve, water inlet valve and float switch.  If you have water in the tub but no pressure from the pump, you need to clean out the sump filter.
