Bosch SHU9910 not cleaning great

My dishwasher is 11 years old.  It appears to run properly, but sometimes the dishes don't all come clean. This is in the last 3 weeks. Prior to that, they all came clean (same detergent, water pressure, loading style, dirtiness). 

I have cleaned it using vinegar through a couple wash cycles, cleaned the filter, and cleaned the arms of any debris in the holes.

It gets hot like it always did (feeling granite counter on top of it) I've read to check the water intake. Not sure how to do that.  It seems to have enough water based on the sound.  Anything else I should be checking?
