dishwasher run part cycle, then jumps to flashing clean & heated dry light

my dishwasher runs partial cycles... it runs through the first wash, then drains when the timer is about 65 minutes, it fills back up with water and quits, then the CLEAN and HEATED DRY lights start flashing.. this problem first started with the LIGHT wash, and the normal and heavy washes still worked, now it is affecting all washes..
