W/p Washer WFW9200SQ00

Grinding noise coming from behind the soap dispensor, and no water coming in the washer, hot or cold????Do i have 2 problems or just one? ??? :tickedoff:

Take the top cover off and find out where that sound is coming from.

#10 in this diagram is what could be making the noise.

To gain access to that part simply remove the top of the washer as Harold said.

It's part # W10352973

Could just be one problem, water runs through the dispenser to enter the machine.

AJ thank you for your response. I pulled out the dispensor and it was full of soap/fabric softner. Just gave it a good cleaning and put back together
and works GREAT. It was the little arm that was making the noise
