Kenmore refrigerator side by side ice/water and light controls stopped working

My Kenmore 363.58572890 side by side ice/water and light controls stopped working but ice maker still works. We just ordered and replaced the control board part WR55X129 and that did not fix it we also check for continuity from top of freezer door to control panel and its good. Any ideas? Thanks for any information in advance. Tucker54

Check the quick disconnect switch located on the top freezer door hinge.
