Whirlpool electric dryer won't turn on - f22 code?

The dryer (mod.# wed8300sw1) was giving an error code of f22. We have replaced the thermistor. However, the dryer still does not turn on. The machine lights up and timer counts down but that is all.

That skinny white thing next to the thermister is the fuse. Did you check it?
